Were one to approach, they would notice that the lights are part of ν-13's armor, who... unfortunately found herself in the middle of the blizzard when she woke up, and is now resorting to using her armor to keep her somewhat warm.]

[Of course, taking shelter would require actually being able to find a building to stay in, which is... not exactly easy to do when it's this hard to see. So... Someone care to help her out?]
